FBR Aviation has obtained approval for the Integrity Program Certificate from the State of Rio Grande do Sul, granted by the State Accounting and Auditing Office of Rio Grande do Sul (CAGE/RS).
The certification confirms that the company meets the integrity requirements established for contracts with the Public Administration, reinforcing its commitment to ethics, compliance, transparency and responsibility in its institutional and commercial relations in Brazil.
In practical terms, the approval of the certificate contributes to greater predictability in the execution of recent aircraft supply contracts signed in Rio Grande do Sul, mitigating risks related to non-compliance with this requirement, such as contractual penalties, fines, termination or suspension of payments by the Public Administration.
